AS Office Furniture Delivery and Returns Information
Below will explain our delivery and returns procedures.
FREE Nationwide Delivery on all orders!! Many of our products also include full installation – this service will be clearly stated on the relevant products. Excludes Highlands, Channel Islands & NI.
Delivery only orders, may only be to the kerbside / tailgate, especially larger items which will arrive on a pallet. Items such as chairs and smaller items will be taken to a ground floor reception point. Each product will have the delivery details advertised. Delivery of your office furniture will be via 3rd party couriers.
Delivered and installed orders will be taken to the relevant point in the building, unpacked, assembled and all packaging removed.

Due to the size of many items it is very expensive to arrange the return of items – so before ordering please check all dimension to ensure the furniture will fit in the required space and through doorways up stairs etc – some larger items may come assembled. If you are trying to match a colour please feel free to contact us for a sample.
If you wish to return the item because it doesn’t fit, the colour doesn’t match, or you have simply changed your mind there will be a 30% restocking charge + the cost to return the item/s.
If the item/s are damaged or not as advertised returns are free of charge with the option of a full refund or exchange.
